Powered by SimplePractice — secure, HIPAA-compliant booking
Schedule your appointment through our secure clinical platform. You'll be able to choose a date and time that works for your schedule, and you'll receive confirmation immediately. The platform is HIPAA-compliant and designed specifically for telehealth medical visits.
After booking, you'll receive a link to complete your intake forms at your convenience. These forms ask about your medical history, current medications, symptoms, and concerns. Taking the time to complete them thoroughly helps us provide better care during your visit. You can also upload recent laboratory results or other relevant medical records.
On the day of your appointment, you'll receive a secure link to join your video visit. You'll meet directly with your fellowship-trained endocrinologist for an unhurried consultation. Initial visits are 60 minutes and follow-up visits are 30 minutes.
After your visit, you'll receive clear written recommendations, including any laboratory testing needed, treatment plans, and next steps. Prescriptions (when appropriate) are sent electronically to your pharmacy. Follow-up appointments can be scheduled as needed.
You don't need a referral, a prior diagnosis, or a stack of lab results to schedule. If something feels off—hormonally, metabolically, or otherwise—that's enough of a reason to be seen.
Your first visit is designed to be thorough and unhurried. We'll review your history, listen carefully to your symptoms, and build a clear clinical picture before recommending any testing or treatment.

Endocrinologist from the start
You speak with the physician—not a nurse or assistant.
If you have recent laboratory results (within the past 6–12 months), please upload them when completing your intake forms or bring them to your visit.
A complete list of all medications, supplements, and vitamins you're currently taking, including dosages.
Notes about when your symptoms started, how they've changed over time, and what makes them better or worse.
A list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss during your visit. We encourage you to write these down ahead of time.
If you've seen other specialists or had relevant testing, bringing those records can be helpful (though not required).
Visit our Patient Resources page for printable checklists, a lab prep guide, and a step-by-step timeline of what to expect from your first visit through your care plan.
Transparent, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing is the same whether you are in a state where we are fully licensed or receiving consultative services.
We are a cash-only practice and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected securely at the time of booking. After each visit, we provide a detailed, itemized superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients recover a significant portion of their visit cost — often 50–80% depending on their plan.
Comprehensive 60-minute consultation with a fellowship-trained endocrinologist. Includes thorough history review, symptom evaluation, and individualized care planning.
30-minute follow-up consultation to review lab results, adjust treatment plans, monitor progress, and address ongoing concerns.
Submit your medical history, labs, and records through the SimplePractice patient portal — your endocrinologist reviews everything on their schedule and sends back a detailed written clinical assessment. No appointment or video call needed.
Same pricing nationwide. Whether you are in a state where we are fully licensed (and can prescribe/order directly) or receiving consultative services (where recommendations are routed through your local physician), the visit fee remains the same. You receive the same level of expert endocrinology evaluation and guidance regardless of geography.
Not every clinical question requires a video visit. For lab reviews, medication questions, or a second opinion on existing results, an async consultation gives you expert endocrinology guidance without scheduling a call.
Log into your SimplePractice patient portal and send a secure message with your lab results, medical history, current medications, and your specific questions. Upload any records or documents directly in the portal.
Your fellowship-trained endocrinologist reviews your submission thoroughly — not just the numbers, but your full clinical picture. Labs are interpreted in the context of your history, symptoms, and goals.
You receive a detailed written clinical response through the portal within 48 business hours. This includes interpretation of your results, clinical assessment, and clear next-step recommendations.
Ideal for patients who already have labs and just need expert interpretation — no need to wait for a scheduled appointment.
We are a cash-only practice. We do not bill insurance directly. All visit fees are collected securely at the time of booking — no surprise charges, no billing surprises after the fact.
After every visit, we provide a fully itemized superbill — a detailed receipt with all the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company needs. You submit it directly to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.
Tip: Many patients with PPO or out-of-network benefits recover 50–80% of visit costs. Check your plan's out-of-network benefits before your visit.
Operating outside of insurance allows us to spend the time each patient deserves — 60-minute initial visits, unhurried follow-ups, and care decisions driven entirely by your clinical needs rather than reimbursement constraints.

No. You do not need a referral, a prior diagnosis, or specific lab results to book an appointment. If you have symptoms that suggest a hormonal or metabolic issue—even if no one has identified a cause yet—that is a valid reason to be seen. We regularly evaluate patients who come in without a clear diagnosis and work through the evaluation together.

We keep our schedule manageable to ensure availability for new patients. Appointment availability is displayed in real time when you book online. If you have an urgent concern, please note that in your intake forms and we will do our best to accommodate you promptly.
